Defeating self-sabotage: Hugh Kearns workshop for researchers

Wednesday 19th January – 14:00 – 17:00

International Speaker Hugh Kearns (Flinders University, Australia) will facilitate this workshop, helping doctoral researchers and research staff to understand self sabotaging behaviours. If you think you procrastinate, are a perfectionist, are disorganised or always ‘busy’, this workshop will help you to understand why your thesis or research isn’t getting done and what you can do about it.
