Career Exploration for Researchers: Monday 16th May 10:00 – 11:30

Consider the options in and outside academia for you and your Doctorate. Catherine Reynolds, Careers Adviser at the Careers & Employability Centre, will lead a session on reviewing and finding out more about the routes open to you.

CVs and Applications for Researchers: Tuesday 17th May 10:00 – 11:30

Writing about yourself in job applications takes time and thought. Learn to analyse job descriptions and improve your application technique in this targeted workshop. This session is run by Catherine Reynolds of the Careers & Employability Centre is suitable for those seeking academic and non-academic roles.

Interviews for Researchers

Practice your techniques and learn how to present yourself effectively in person at selection interviews and other events. Jane Riley, Careers Adviser at the Careers & Employability Centre, will lead a practical session covering the key things you need to know and do.
