Polly’s exposure to a variety of influences (mostly good!) led to the blossoming of Polly’s Patisserie.  A combination of an entrepreneurial family, a genetic propensity for feeding people and a huge passion for creating lovely things all finally joined together and along came her big idea – boutique confectionary, with a good dose of cake design.

Recently Polly wrote and published one of the first UK based whoopie pie recipe books and also collaborated with bakeware giant Dexam, to launch a whoopie baking tin.
