From Clio Berry (doctoral researcher in Psychology):
On Friday the 24th February, a special extended Sussex Psychosis Research interest Group (SPRiG) seminar will take place. We are pleased to host two past recipients of the British Psychological Society May Davidson Award recipients for contributions to psychological research.
The seminar will run from 12:00 to 13:30 and will be held in the Lecture Theatre, Sussex Education Centre, Millview Hospital site, Nevill Avenue, Hove, BN3 7HY.
Dr. Emmanuelle Peters, Institute of Psychiatry, will present her research on daily life changes in symptoms, appraisals, and affect in CBT for psychosis from 12-1pm.
Professor Peter Kinderman, Outgoing Chair of the BPS Division of Clinical Psychology and Professor of Clinical Psychology, University of Liverpool will present from 1-1.30pm.
All are welcome to this event. On site, some parking is available and the site is serviced by the 5a bus from Brighton town centre. A map of the site is available here.
