Workshops

Manage stress

3pm-5pm Pevensey 1 2D10 Wednesdays 21st and 28th November
Find out about psychological and physical strategies for managing your stress.

Speaking up with confidence

2pm-5pm Pevensey 1 2D10 Wednesday 7th November
Boost your self-esteem and assertiveness skills.

Banish the blues

3pm-5pm Pevensey 1 2D10  Wednesdays 30th January and 6th February 2013

Drop-ins at the Student Life Centre, Chichester 1 (opposite Piazza café)

Drug and Alcohol issues: Monday 12pm Talk to Annie about your concerns.

Personal  issues: Wednesdays 4pm Talk to Roger about your concerns.

For all these drop-ins and workshops, just turn up or book in via Study/Counselling on Study Direct or counsellingreception@sussex.ac.uk
