Would you like to become a doctoral student representative for the University of Sussex Athena SWAN working group?

The University of Sussex has won an award for its work to improve the career prospects of women working in science, technology, engineering, mathematics and medicine (STEMM) subjects.

Sussex has received the bronze award by the Athena SWAN Charter for its commitment to improving employment practices in recruiting and promoting women to senior positions in STEMM departments. 

We are now seeking doctoral student representatives to help the University work towards the next two stages of Athena SWAN accreditation.  If you interested in joining the Athena SWAN working group, please contact p.e.roberts@sussex.ac.uk

The next meeting of the working group will be held on the 1st April 2014.
